Effective Date: August 1, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by To The Trade LLC, DBA Three Degrees (“Three Degrees,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
We offer website design, support and maintenance, template setup, and marketing services.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance is due prior to the launch of your website unless otherwise stated in your proposal or contract. Work will not launch until the final payment is received.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled by the client prior to completion, any payments made will be applied to work already completed.

Intellectual Property
Upon final payment:
You will own the final website design and its content.
Three Degrees retains the right to display your completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Any design concepts or materials not selected remain the property of Three Degrees.
All images and copy provided by the client must be owned or properly licensed by the client.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.

Limitation of Liability
Three Degrees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website. We are also not responsible for platform outages, third-party integrations, or client-provided content.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
